I made this arrangement for our lake house.

Porch Makeover

Over spring break I painted my porch floor a medium aqua. It really enlarged the area. I wanted to paint the rockers a lime green but was too lazy to brush on paint. So I spray painted them yellow. Then I went to Pier 1 and saw fabulous pillows that would look great with lime rockers. Yesterday I painted an old garden stool. I just took my time, used lots of my favorite colors, and had fun. Then I decided the rockers had to be lime so I found a soft lime and spent the entire afternoon brushing the rockers. Even though it was backbreaking and time consuming I love the look. I can't wait to go back to Pier 1 and buy those pillows!
